Great health includes making wise decisions on what we put in our bodies. You only have one body. It's very important that you take the best care of it that you can. All of our packages include customized meal plans built for you specifically, to make sure you are getting what you need to be at your best. Our programs are Dietician backed and tailored to your individual nutritional needs and dietary preferences.

Introducing the S4 training method! Our strategic format in each group or individual workout allows you to increase strength, stability, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning. All of these combined will maximize your fat burning capabilities among other benefits. All of our workouts incorporate boxing drills which have numerous benefits. We teach you all the movements so there is no experience needed. Our workouts are between 30-40 minutes each class.

We all know exercise and workouts are great for your mental and physical health. For many people, it's just too difficult to get motivated and stay motivated. At SuperPHIT, your Coach will instruct, motivate, make adjustments and offer positive insight to keep you maximizing the benefits of our program. You will be assigned a personal Coach to help you stay connected and engaged as you achieve the results you aspire to.

SuperPHIT uses heart rate monitoring technology for live feedback on your physical exertion as well as your calorie burn. This allows us to coach you the exact amount of effort to put out based on your abilities and goals. "all out" is not always safe or productive. Let us help you tailor your workout threshold for optimum results and safety. (typical calorie burn per workout: 300-600 calories)

All of our programs include weekly body composition testing. This allows us to see detailed data on the amount of muscle, fat and water your body has. This is extremely important information to really fine tune your goals and tailor your workouts to achieve specific results that scale weight alone can not provide

Every membership at SuperPHIT includes a personal fitness session each month with a Certified Fitness Coach.

Our customized meal plans are built for you specifically, to make sure you are getting what you need to be at your best. For those who want and/or need more one-on-one coaching, we offer personal fitness packages as a separate service. These packages allow us to really fine tune your workouts to fit your abilities, goals, like and dislikes. This type of coaching puts you in direct personal communication with your Coach which allows us to typically be able to set specific target dates for certain results as we are able to closely monitor your performance and nutrition throughout each week.

For those who work out at home or elsewhere, sometimes the biggest obstacle is knowing what to do, when to do it, how to do it and how much of it to do. That's where our workout program design comes in. After we take you through a free fitness assessment, we can take what we learn about you as a person and your abilities to build you a program that you can easily use anywhere you choose, specifically to achieve your personal goals.
