With over 20 years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your personal attributes and creating a coaching program that will help you reach your goals. Our programs include cognitive behavior techniques, healthy eating & exercise mastery and exciting activities to ensure a great experience and keep you motivated to reach your goals.
We understand adapting new lifestyle habits is difficult. Our goal is to change your mindset, so that we can make amazing things happen. We strongly believe that if you follow our lead, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthier and more abundant life. Our proven methods have gotten hundreds of others to a much better place. I'm Coach Rob Campbell, a Cognitive Behavior Life Coach, Master Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist. With over 20 years in service, I'm well versed in helping people from all walks of life to achieve their goals in the areas of mindset improvement, lifestyle habits and physical health. I'm a Father and Marine Corps Veteran who enjoys family gatherings, music production, photography and community involvement.
I started in this field with the idea that I was going to help hundreds of people "look good". After a heavy streak of family members passing away at young ages in the mid 2000's from health issues, my focus quickly shifted to finding ways to prevent these tragedies. My own Father lost his life in his 40's and that really shook me up. My passion for helping people live longer and stronger runs deep.
In my years of fitness training and nutrition I realized that only 30% of people actually make a legitimate start on goal achievement and only 10% of those stick with it. This is alarming because our society is steadily getting sicker and having shorter lives. As I lost sleep trying to figure out how to improve these statistics, I relaized that this happene due to people having the wrong mindset to begin with, This is what prompted me to begin my studies in cognitive behavior therapy. Helping my clients shape their minds properly has made a major difference in their overall quality of life and also their level of success in goal achievement.
